Let it all out. A good vent is good for the soul. I'm sorry that you feel lonely. A lot of us felt that for Valentine's day. You are not alone ((hugs))

As you probably know, venting here is totally allowed. In fact people do encourage it in order to expel that yuck we have inside sometimes. I hear exercise if good for us BP people, but I honestly have not been doing that for some time. Come spring I intend to do just that, but we'll see. Of all the things like our arms, hands, and legs, and more, our brain has to be the one thing that at times torments us. I'm lucky enough my medications do work. Crazy thing is, I was age 61 before being diagnosed, and placed on medications. Boy was I a hoot before then. I had no idea I was BP until sometime after being diagnosed. Now I can understand why I did some stupid things back when. We BP, and others with other mental illnesses, are in the same boat. Me; I do not tell people that are not BP, I am, but it sure is nice to relate to others who are BP. We most certainly have something in common.

I think that V.day is silly
One day a year, people should act all romantic? Respect and love, all year long, means more than one day
