I don't know if anyone notice but I'm quiet right now. Using mainly yes or no responses to life no elaboration at all. My mind is rather blank and I have little to no expressions. Well Friday I have pdoc. One out of 4-6 meetings a year. I want to make the best of it but how can I do that being quiet? I'm bringing my discharge papers but what can I do without speaking?

That's the thing I'm drawing a blank as to what needs to be said.

Start with how you feel right now. Then think back to the last 2 or 3 days. Then think back of the last week, and the few weeks before that. List your current symtoms, any side effects from current meds, are the meds helping/not helping, etc.

Would going back over the threads you posted here help? They might help like a mood tracking source.

Some great ideas have been thrown forward. I really cannot think of many more but I am thinking of you and hope your session is productive. Write down as much as you can think of and your silence will speak for you too as it is a symptom as well. Let us know how you go.

And as a footnote to all of the above migs, please DO mention in conversation about this "thread" - as in you realise you need to make the most of this time but you almost NEED to state to him exactly what you have said and how much of a challenge this is.

I also think that your pdoc will ask you questions to which you will respond.

(((migs))) Hang in there.

Let us know how it goes.

You sound mentally healthy then, I think its the normal manner for seeing a doctor, if you point to this forum he will think you are ruminating about your health. This is just my experience with doctors however.

Maybe taking your husband can help, have him explain what's been going on in the recent past. Good luck!

Were you able to communicate your needs well with him?
Hope you are feeling good
