I was just reading Good Housekeeping magazine and there was an ad for a drug free sleep aid. Has anyone tried it?

Thanks for this!

Have not tried it, but there are several herbal methods of making you sleepy. I personally use an app on my phone called Relax Melodies. It plays various sounds like rain or wind blowing and together with progressive muscle relaxation that usually works. Or just jump on the forum and wait till you get really tired, then go to bed. Either is better than laying there ruminating.

It's not been evaluated by the FDA. The main ingredient is Melatonin according to there website. It also has a blend of chamomile, lavender and lemon balm. Pretty benign stuff. Probably be okay to give it a whirl...

I would say ask your Pdoc , but he pissed you off last visit so I doubt you would wanna bother doing that . lol

If you do try it , let us know if its helpful.

lol. Yes. I've got melatonin in the medicine cabinet but that's for the kid. I'm pretty good about falling out in 2 minutes when I do lay down. I go go go till I can't go no more.
