I will certainly try to be there (but a friend I have not seen in a year is visiting). The topic is great and I could really use it.

EST = eastern standard time?
I've thought about joining but I'm not too good at chat or memory...can I participate on a iphone, if I remember that is?

Hi sidestepper -

Sure - it's Eastern Standard Time, yes indeed it is.

You can access the chat through your iphone.

If you log on through Safari and log into your Psychcentral Account as per usual, have a look at the browser at the top of the page - it's like a grey tool bar to access it:

FORUMS -> SOCIAL GROUPS -> BLOGS -> CHAT

If you click on the drop down box where it says chat - click on "Mobile Chat" and you will be able to enter.

The room will openly open at that stated time so if you log in a few minutes early you may need to refresh.

*Holding thumbs we'll see you there

Take care.

Thanks so much Hooligan! You did an amazing job! I don't have a lot of advice to offer others on this issue, as I struggle with it myself--so I was a bit quiet in chat--but you did a great job in leading the conversation!

Best,
Hope
