My in law called me crazy behind my back telling my husband I'm offended only I can call me crazy and maybe I am but that was so rude and offensive I have a mental illness makes me want to leave more... I'm gonna get the hell out of this house now

How did you find out? I'm sorry you're going through that. It hurts like hell when people talk about us behind our backs because they're ignorant and don't understand what it's like to have a mental health illness. People don't call cancer patients stupid for having it, why are we called crazy?

I'm so upset and mad right now I overheard her say it! And she did say she's beinf crazy for wanting to go back to my hometown she said I am crazy! Like we are living in the same house way to make it awkward now I will never tell anyone ever again about my problem there holding it against me and my husband was like I'm gonna admit you to the hospital if you don't im not even fill manic

She tried to come in and talk to me and cover for herself like I heard what you said you cant take that back now

I don't want her to even talk to me like the worst thing you can call a bipolar is crazy but even if you think that saying that behind my back and me overhearing it is even worse

The truly only people who get me are ppl who have this illness

I know kinda how you feel. A person who I thought was my friend told me that since I had been diagnosed bipolar I am now "nuts" and he doesn't want me around him or his family because bipolar people are crazy.

This is a man I worked with, went on hunting trips with, drank with and knew me for a good 5 years before my little meltdown.

That's so sad I'm not gonna tell anyone else anymore I thought I could try and get across to them what I'm going through but having them call me crazy behind my back just makes things so much worse and I'm living here you know now that she said that I know how she really views me and that's she sees me as crazy who else would stay ? Not me? I don't think anyone will understand and if they reject you bc of an illness than screw them
