Disappointed in myself today and feel pretty rotten. Got my lab results back and after years of self-medicating it seems that they have caught up with my body physically.

As crap as i feel, im not sorry. When you are in mental hell and the only relief is drugs, what would anyone do.

I'm sorry that it has finally caught up with you. I know it is hard to deal with mental health issues without self medicating.
