Hello after my last visit with psy, she recommended I join more online support groups that are geared for bipolar disorder in addition to this one. Anyone know any sites? I've googled it and came up with a chat room that is hard to get attention or someone to address you. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks. Hope you all are well.

I just looked under chat I didn't see any for bipolar. Does is show up on Saturday? How does it work, my thinking of a support group is where everyone is around each other and states their problem or issues. Then one person calls next or others chime in? Is this correct?
