I don't see why not, do you mean like a few hours after you normally would take it? I'm on 100mg and just take it when I'm ready to go to sleep which varies a little every night.

I sometimes take my night meds later or earlier depending on whether I'm doing something that night. Lately I've been in a theatre production so I've been going to bed around midnight or 1 AM, so I've been taking my meds later than my usual time, which is 10 PM. I find as long as I'm not in the midst of an episode, my bedtime can be flexible, but if I'm even getting hints of hypomania or depression or am having trouble sleeping I need to be really strict with my routine.

Sure , as long as you have enough time to sleep and the medication process out of your system so your able to get up and function , drive and what not.

My husband takes Trazodone 100mg , he HAS to get at least 7 hours or hes not worth a damn and he has to suffer thru the hangover stage. hes very sensitive to medication .

For me, personally, a few hours here or there with my night time meds (which are not your ones) doesn't really make much of a difference to me.

Just thought I would put that out there.
