My body is tired and my mind wont stop thinking.
How do you deal with this? Its like I need hypomania to function. |

I am sorry to hear that you are struggling with your emotions right now MrMisdiagnosis.
Yes, when I am low, my body feels tired. Make sure you keep your vitamins up. This is important. As is maintaining a healthy eating habit. It helps if you don't comfort eat (I'm not suggesting you personally do; but some do). Try go for a short walk. Just to the end of the block. Pamper yourself with one thing each day. It doesn't have to be a big thing. Read a magazine? Have a bubble bath? It doesn't matter how small. But just remember that you need pampering too. Take care of yourself please. And remember that this too shall pass. It always does. |

Thanks, yea I try to do one good thing and although on the depressed side I try do what I must for the day.

Its just a matter of going through the motions, faking it til you make it and practicing self care and nurture. When the thoughts get too much I find distraction to be the best technique.

A screeching hot or cold shower is my go to if I need a jolt to at least get done what absolutley must get finished. Altho its 95% never pleasant ( shudder) it can work in a pinch.
