I was diagnosed with bipolar 5 years ago. To say the least it has been a long hard 5 years. I've never known anyone else with bipolar. It would help so much just to talk to someone in the same situation as me and someone who understands. I'm a great listener so if anyone is interested please feel free to reach out. Thank you Looking for help

Welcome. The good news is it can get better. Bad news it's a painful journey. You can do it. Feel free to ask anything I've 32 diagnosed like ten years ago.

Welcome to PC! As everyone else has said, being BP sucks. It's a long, tough road. I hate it, as I'm sure everyone else would agree. But this group is amazing. It's a fabulous place to come to to vent, find answers, to get suggestions, whatever you need.
Good luck!!
