Why do I have to continue to breathe? Why does my heart continue to beat? No matter how much therapy I receive or meds they intend to try, my mind is made up. I have exhausted my stay on this planet. It's time for me to fly, and I'm ready. I cannot think of one valid reason for my existence.

The following lyrics to the song by Alice N' Chains named "Nutshell" describes me to an exact "T" where I have been for years, and where I am now. Last night, a family member went through the same bs about bipolar hasn't caused any of my bad decisions, or me getting fired from jobs due to behavior outbursts. I was told make a plan and stick to it. If this person only knew.
