I feel so tired and achy all the time lately. It's kind of unbearable. I just want to sleep all the time.

I go to bed around 1am lately, wake up at 10am, and go back to sleep until 11am. That's 10 hours of sleep. I feel like I should not be tired after that.

I take my medicine (lamictal) at a usual time each night, but I don't do too much during the day. I eat three meals a day.

What could be causing my tiredness/how can I combat it?

Do you get any fresh air, sunshine and exercise like walking in? Exercise is supposed to give us more energy.

It could be caused by getting too much sleep. I have a tendency to do that which just leaves me more tired. I now have set up a schedule so that I only get 7-9 hours of sleep a night and that seems to help.
