It's been gloomy, rainy and cold for the last 2 weeks here. I'm beginning to really feel down, and I'm afraid if I get any lower it's back in the hospital for me. And this time I'll probably have to go through ECT's. Which also gets me further down and adds anxiety to the mix.

I need some sunshine...

Stay hopeful. Watch happy stuff, listen to happy stuff, and visit happy places. It will be sunny soon!

Don't worry.. Everything will be alright.. As Jack Ma said, "Never give up. Today is hard, tomorrow will be worse, but the day after tomorrow will be sunshine..."

I know and understand. The weather is getting to me as well. I haven't noticed it affecting me as much as it has this year, but this year is the pits.

Hang in there hun! It's gloomy here too. It's warm but lots of rain. They say 2 more days and it'll pass. I just got to keep busy to not succumb to the mood.

My friend, I am right there with you. It was horrible and I've been down-ish for about a month...then we had a few days of gorgeous weather...today it's grey skies and chilly again. It's awful! I have to wonder if this is really bipolar or seasonal affective disorder!

I've considered SAD, but I'm backwards usually. Up in the Fall and Winter seasons and down in Spring and Summer. Weird I know.

The sun came out yesterday and this morning it is shining bright. It's supposed to be sunny for the next couple of days. I already feel better.
