I always post when I am depressed and suicidal or I have something weird going on. I want to share something positive. My therapist referred me to a nutrionist in late January. My first visit was a month ago. I had my next visit today and lost 11lbs. I slipped along the way and "cheated" but I still went back to it. It kind of reminds me of my struggle with depression. I have times when I am do far down idk if I can make it but when I am in a better place I continue to work towards my goals! It is just nice to see positive results!
