My suic ideation mixed with agitation horrible depression rage impulsivity...paranoia thinking wierd thoughts. And the list goes on
Im unsafe and i take tht chance. I owe this group alot because i usually end up in the hospital by being forced. Thnk u all for teaching me so much Thx for all your support the last couple of days

Thinking of you. I was in a few months ago and it was a blessing because I felt safe there. Stay as long as you need to, we'll all be here when you get back. ((((HUGS))))
