Got that excited buzz going on. Might be the meds, the season change, or just the lovely cycle of bipolar. I was detailing my suicide just a very short time ago. I'm glad I never quit fighting.

I am also writing in my journal all the things that make me mad and that trigger my anger (my biggest issue) and then my therapist and I can discuss concrete areas of my anger.

I'm happy for you. That is fantastic. Keep an eye and make sure the buzz, doesn't cross to mania, but other than that......ENJOY! You deserve to feel good.

I'm right there with you on the slightly 'buzzed' feeling. After battling mixed and depressive episodes almost all last year, it's WONDERFUL to get a break! Glad you're happy too.
