Researchers at Notre Dame have found that simply leaving the room you are in will help you feel better. A change of surroundings helps in breaking a cycle of negative thoughts. Who knew?! Now, if I could only find the energy to get up from this couch...

Interesting. Must honestly be why my doorknob is almost in need of replaciement because I go in and out of my house at least 20 times a day when I'm home.
