In a perfect world what would you do?

What would be your job/career? I'd teach aerial silks and the pay would allow me to live comfortably.

Where would you live? I'd have a simple place with a nice outside and privacy not too far from people or stores though.

I just want to know if anyone else has dreams about there life that can't come true because of other things in your life that maybe your dreams are unrealistic to your situation.

I just wish things were much simpler and cheaper.

I follow my passion.

That is all.

How / what that represents as.

Is different for each and every one of us.

It could present as many different jobs / calling.

I have a genuine passion for helping people.

[That is why I became a teacher - have taught for 15 years - currently unemployed due to Bipolar - yet I wake up Happy every morning - I have rechannelled my passion elsewhere - for the time being - until I can get back into teaching.]

A passion is never wrong.

If you are passionate about what you do - then it is never "work".

You simply wake up with a burning desire to be where you have to be and do what you have to do every day.

Gosh..my T asked me what I wanted in my life if I could have anything or do anything. Me?

I just said I want to be stable and live life with joy.

What a deep and reflective post, dshantel!

I love helping people and making others happy but it does take a toll on other things I want to do. I try to put my kids first in everything I do and my husband. I just don't have realistic ideas on living my life.

Footnote: There is a diffence between doing things that we are "passionate" about (for you - this represents as - putting your kids first; helping your husband etc - awesome - you are a great person for doing this)

AND FOLLOWING OUR PASSION.
