Well I was asleep. Now I'm wide awake. I'm good though. Hope I can get back to sleep. How are you?

I just got off work (it's 11:36 my time) and I'm not tired but should be. I should have taken my geodon earlier at work. I'm good though. Not depressed I don't think, not manic I don't think. It's so hard for me to tell where I fall sometimes. Sometimes it's super obvious, but right now it isn't. Maybe because I haven't been at baseline in years. Maybe this is baseline.

Hiding in my room. Had a few tears. Holding it together.

I'm good. Trying to adapt to my cpap machine and mask. Ugh it's so uncomfortable. But they say I need it. I'm on tons of meds for sleep so I'm hoping if I get used to the mask I might be able to come off some of them. I've tried sleeping with it on 2 times tonight. It's for sleep apnea...

Oh I'm so sorry...I have those days too. Just remember bp episodes change. For me I try and remember a time I felt good. Doesn't always work but it does sometimes...

Maybe you're baseline. Btw I was on metformin too, but it started causing problems with my gallbladder. Be careful with it.

Well I fell back asleep, but my son woke up crying and complaining he's hot and his head hurts. He's running a fever. Oh my it's only 4:30 a.m. This is going to be a long day. No way I'm going back to sleep now. Guess I'll just read and have coffee what's everyone doing tonight...How are you feeling?
