I am bipolar and I feel mania coming on. It's been a while since I've felt like this and its never good for me. It always leads to risky sexual behavior. I just need a distraction from that right now. I hate it, but I feel more like a sex addict when I'm like this. Anyone else ever feel like this?

Hi there, I am familiar with this feeling myself. I noticed you are only taking 100 mg of Seroquel which is sub therapeutic for most people to control mania. Maybe a talk with your pdoc is in order?

Many people get hyper sexual. If your in a commited relationship usually the partner is kinda happy, but also it can be too much for them.
Can you use self pleasure to hopefully keep your desires down so you don't take chances? If your heading into a Mania that is really not safe for you , You need to call your Pdoc a med adjustment can help bring you back down. Stay safe

I am married, and usually these feelings aren't for my spouse unfortunately. It's been about a year since the last time. I feel like I'm going to explode.
