My story is based on the Novel Born Free - a Lion (Named Christian) - really- if you haven't read it - I'd recommend it worth the read about this Lion.

What magnificent creatures lions truly are.

There is a lot we can learn from paying careful attention to the behaviour patterns of a pride of lions.

Truly.

They're great!

[Footnote - I was born in South Africa - that is why this is something that is extremely PASSIONATE to me]

CHRISTIAN THE LION

This is an amazing story if you have 5 minutes to watch this youtube video.

AWESOME!

He truly IS born free.

Here's the video:

And I wish to make this statement highly clear:

This post merely asks about a story / novel / fable that best describes your life story so far.

[It is far from a religious discussion - just really felt the need to express this - as my intent is merely about this lion and gee no matter how much we miss people there is so much love to be had and shared amongst all of us; regardless of how much pain we are in - I just felt the real need to state this; incase the "Name" of the Lion may confuse the Intent of this post.]

Can we post a song that best describes the story of our life so far instead?

There's no one story that describes me but there is a character: Eeyore. I like how he still gets to participate in shenanigans with his friends even tho he's depressed and they never ask him to change or leave him behind. Does someone have this as a sig? I think it's from a quote by George Tachai [sp?] -- "Sulu" on Star Trek. Yay Eeyore!

This song is the story of my life thus far. It's by Mogwai, called Friend of the night. The first time I heard it I bawled (but I also think it was right before my period and I was all emotional and sh**. Lol!

I find myself relating to different Harry Potter characters and lose myself into their stories when I read the books. Always.

Dr. Jekyll and Mrs. Hyde - only I don't have dissociative identity disorder. I do however mix and match my meds which results in Dr. Depression and Mrs. Mania. Working nights and missing meds sometimes(due to money) wreaks havoc on me. I've always always always had problems taking meds as prescribed. Even when a service filled my pill box once a week and discussed the importance of taking them!?

Now the old king is dead! Long live the king!
One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand

hmmm I have read a lot of book but I cant think of one that describes my life until now at this second
I can relate to a character in a the cartoon "adventure time" Marceline a vampire who is cool and caring but sometimes cant help that her vampire tendencies take over
