When I was on Lexapro it caused me to suffer from anorgasmia so it went the way of the dodo with a quickness. You have my utmost sympathy. Also just my humble opinion but you shouldn't feel ashamed for your internet habits. Sometimes the extra visual stimulation is needed.

Ahhh yes I wasn't raised Catholic but I was raised to believe that god sees everything you do and will punish you for it. Toss in being told that every dead relative you have can see you and will be disappointed if you aren't good and yeah it's a definite mind screw. I truly don't know how I got over it but i did

As long as your husband and yourself still spend the time together it can actually be helpful as it removes that tension from the relationship.. enjoy him and then enjoy yourself,,,it's all good.. God wants you happy .this I truley believe.. just be glad the outside stimulus is available ...rememeber it's the meds not anything you should feel guilty about..

I wouldn't feel guilty about that. My sex drive has plummeted too recently. Maybe you could talk to your husband about it. I've learned that like once a week I can orgasm. I find that satisfying enough. I'm single though.

I would talk to my husband about it but I know he wouldn't understand. I think he would feel disappointed and let down that I am fine with pornography and not with him.

Sounds like you're just needing more stimuli. Can you talk to him about that? That now that you're on meds you just need more stimuli? I have to look at porn sometimes too. Nothing to be ashamed about. I'm pretty open though when it comes to sex. I just see it as a natural part of being human....

I don`t think there is any shame in a little "visual stimulation". Seems like it is pretty common, just that people pretend that they don`t

Maybe you could suggest you two watch porn together. Maybe he'd be a little more understanding that way.
