I just rang my crisis team. I refused to give my name. I told her about what had been going on and I made a threat. She said if I didn't give her my name she would contact the police and they would trace my number. I continued to talk but then the line then went dead. I think I have just talked myself into trouble but all I'm worried about is who's going to look after my dog. I'm very paranoid now. I haven't slept for 3 days. I'm scared what will happen.

I'm glad you are getting help. I know how hard it is to worry about pet care in this kind of situation but surely someone can help even it if is just to take the dog to a boarding place until you are out. You need to take care of yourself. It sounds like you're in a really bad place and you need to get out of it.

Im glad you reached out for help.. I just got out of a week long IP stay on Wednesday.. It helped a lot ! Do you have a friend that can care for your furry friend? Best to just pack a bag, and Please Please make sure if you do go IP, sign YOURSELF IN ! Always sign yourself in , it gives you more control over your treatment and how long you will stay IP.

I hope your feeling better soon

Take your dog to a kennel or vet's.

I hope you get the help you need. You have seemed to be terribly unstable in the while you've been posting here, and this can hurry things up since you have to wait so long for a psych appointment.

I hope you go IP. It sounds like you're in danger and need support. Best wishes. Stay safe.
Thanks for this!

Yep they track you if you make threats, and they should come get you if you have threatened harm, you're a risk and need to be IP.
