I am sorry Hallie you are having thoughts of death.

If you do continue to have thoughts about this it is recommended you form a safety plan:

There really is no end to anxiety about death. We are born and we die in life and what comes between is a mystery.

To me the question that is most pressing is what will I do with the possibly little time I have left. I guess coming to PC and sharing perspectives is one of my answers to this question.

They are thoughts of how I could cause it to be

You're not alone, Hallie. I've experienced that too. In fact, my ex-pdoc told me that it is a frequent complaint for bipolar patients to think of how they could kill themselves when they are not actually suicidal.

Planning is a form of action hun. We've all pondered, or maybe fantasized in our own harmless demented way that up to 95% of the world population wouldn't go?

When it means something, time to ring in the Power Rangers
