i am on meds but I am sooooooo angry. On the borderline of full on rage. So angry I can't even type. I want to run, rage, punch things. I am literally banging my head on walls, anything.

I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you can find some coping techniques to calm you down. Going for a walk always works for me.

I hate it when that happens, I feel so out of control.

I did not know Seroquel did that. PDoc just increased it few days ago, thankfully said I could go back to taking it as needed.

Long story, but part of it is my spouse whom I adore, but communication sucks right now. She is angry and likely depressed. I am angry and manc.

Please don't bang your head. You will hurt yourself. Can you go for a walk? Get out of the house for just a little while and walk the angry off?

Oh yeah That's never a good thing.

Can you both kinda go to your own corners and let stuff just chill? My husband and do that pretty often. Beats fighting.

That is what I need to do. Good news is my night meds are kicking in and making me sleepy. It is still very difficult not to bang my head. Thanks

Ok if you have to bang your head then bang it on a pillow so you don't hurt yourself. That's what we are most concerned with.

The cold shoulder is ok. You both need to cool off. I am glad your night meds are kicking in I wish mine would
