It seems anytime I read something about mental health its s lightbulb for me. You see this whole bipolar thing has always been a way of life for me. It's not strange to think like me. It's normal. Until I read something bipolar related about mental health. It's always a wow I didn't know that wasn't normal I thought everybody dealt with that. Even when I feel like I have this old bp thing whipped I realize it's still a way of life for me. Even when the highs and lows are level for a while.. Not sure why I started a thread about it. I'm sure some can relate...

Even my normal where I'm medicated and leveled is not a normalcy like most get to taste. Everyday thought processes are much different then the average joe...... http://natashatracy.com/bipolar-diso...ipolar-thinks/ interesting stuff.... Like I said this kind of stuff is normal to me.. Then I read an article like this and realize that it still has a cause and effect to my life... As well as my family of a wife and three kids

it is very interesting stuff indeed,, I have always felt we see the world different than others,, and to that end I ask my wife how I am doing or acting....

However different is not bad, just different....it's just part of who we are.....

Agreed. I no longer dispise bipolar though. It's a part of my life... I try to remember often things have good and bad to them.. Try to keep an eye out for the good.

I don't know any other way to think and feel. I have had Bipolar since I was about 6 . So I don't understand the whole... Why can't I be normal ???? That makes no sense to me. I am fine just the way I am. I dont know how people can function with a non racing mind. I would hate to not be able to think of 1119 different things at once ..LOL

I dont hate my bipolar is part of me and always will be and I'm okay with that. I really hate my chronic pain! Now that is something I wish would go away..

Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand
