I've just realized that all the times the kid when he was younger asking me to do something trivial I denied because I wasn't mentally able too. Now I feel so wrong.

I feel worst then dirt.

It sx being a mental patient to the ones we love.

Unfortunately no one is always immune at all times to some of the consequences as a result of our MI.

Please don't be so hard on yourself - don't feel "worse than dirt" - we've all been in a situation of possibly hurting family - directly / indirectly at some stage (and I would take a bet that a lot of people do it and they don't even have MI)

So yes I've done that too so I know how you feel.

Just focus on moving forward.
