I track my sleep with an app and it is really surprising. I average 6 hours or so broken into 3 sleep periods. averaging between 1.4 up to 3.8 per period. I thought might be interesting to see how well you sleep. How long and night time totals and any comments ... my app is sleepbot on android but all I use is the tracking feature. I would like to do a poll if anyone knows how to do that ...

I get about eight hours per night, but I wake up constantly due to sleep apnea. It actually has been a little better lately, but for a while I felt that I was waking up every 15 minutes.

I did sleep ten or more solid hours on Seroquel. I'm almost off the Seroquel and on 50 mg of Trazadone and I'm waking up all the time. Last night I was wide awake after four hours. I did finally fall back to sleep. I think I'm going mixed. So yeah sleep use to be a beautiful process.

Yeah I think it really helps to track sleep.

I'm pretty conscious of my own personal sleeping patterns.

Purely because it's a sure sign of where my mood is at at any given point in time.
Thanks for this!

Nine to ten hours...

Would sleep more if I could.

(Oh, and it's unbroken I wanted to add.)

I'm afraid I am. Spending freely and being impulsive again grrrr. The only thing I can see this medication doing is increasing my appetite. I've put on 10 lbs in 3 weeks. Not happy about this. Guess I'm going to be a fatty at this rate. I have a review at the end of the month. I need to raise my sleep and fatty issues then.

toodles - Good you haven't had a mixed episode in awhile at least. That's why I'm getting off seroquel - it was turning me into a frickin fatty! I don't want to be fat. Especially since it's summer.

I'm eating like a horse lol. I needed to put on approx 20 lbs but I can see this spiralling out of control. I'll need a hoist to lift me out of bed

Woah yeah. Gee I'd be sleeping 3/4 hours a night every night when manic.

Luckily I'm getting about 8 hours now which is fine for me
