How do I navigate the forum?

I do see that my first post gets moderated when I post them in the stickie thread. However, despite that 6 hours passed, I have not seen my 1st post yet.

Is this weird, or just that I am from different country?

Welcome to Psych Central. The first five posts can take a few hours to show up. After 5 posts you do not have this delay they post instantly.
