The breeze drifts through the screen and I am mindful of the fresh air meeting my lungs. I feel the coolness and it tickles my arms and feet. The music I hear and my warm coffee calm my spirit and I can breathe with ease. I meditate on my favorite poem and find fondness in its words. The author speaks to my heart and I am grateful. I am mindful of all this and more. I know my anxious feelings are not facts and my judgments may not be true. I feel them and remind myself that I am the master of my mind, in training. Life lives on when I hide and sometimes I am going too fast. I feel all this and more. I am mindful as I can be. I breathe the fresh air and the feel the coolness tickle my arms and feet.
