I eat too much

I t is a vicious cycle for many of us.
I think even for many people who don't suffer from mental illness. For those of us that do it can be that much more of a struggle. Hang tough and keep fighting you will get it under control at some point.

Make a small obtainable goal (s) toward breaking the behaviors. I started working out. My mom goes four days per week. But I might make it three or sometimes all four. I've been doing this for two months. Now I'm try to eat healthier.

I think tons of people do that. I don't even think it is really a bipolar thing tho it can be harder during a down
