It has been confirmed that every-time I enter the phase that ultimately leads me to a more energetic, sleepless, up-mood I experience a weird, lucid dream. This is an enigma to me, I must admit. The dreams are not unpleasant or disturbing but usually to me who does not dream as the norm (at least I do not remember). This last manic phase was longer but milder than usual. I have them whenever I travel to Europe or around Christmas time, I speculate driven by stress and anxiety.
