How Sleep Deprivation Decays the Mind and Body - The Atlantic
I think this is interesting. It's not about Bipolar, but it does talk about the fact that sleep deprivation is related to bipolar and can cause bipolar-like feelings and behavior in regular people. Plus, the author's experience with psychosis caused by sleep deprivation reminds me of Bipolar.

I know it woops the hell out of me, every time I post about poor sleep almost everyone says there sleep is poor also ... is it a cause or a symptom I do not know, ... thanks for this (lots of ads though ...)
