So I am off Seroquel now for four weeks and my pdoc was able to mostly get my meds right for sleep, except on the days I work. I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but I have dealt with it for years. Work has always been stressful for me no matter what job I have had. The days that I have to work I cannot sleep well at all, waking up almost every hour if not more. The worst is the first day of my work week. I talked to my pdoc about this, and he said it's anxiety (which I already knew) and he can't do anything for it, upping meds so to speak. I completely understand, but it was worth a try. In the past I will go through phases where I come out of my sleep in the morning having a panic attack and shaking until I can calm myself down.

I just don't know what to do? I know it is subconscious. I try to tell myself not to stress and relax and sleep. I've tried everything as far as good sleep hygiene, but nothing seems to work. Am I the only one that does this? If you deal with this and have overcome this issue, what have you done?

I was the same with work. Same symptoms. I found CBT to work best. Even when I woke up panicking I was able to calm myself with cbt. After about 4 months of this constant cbt every work night and day it started to ease. Also meditation helped me with relaxing at bedtime and I was able to destress after work with it.
