I've been thinking about the S word A LOT lately. To the point of obsession I think. I have no plan. I've asked for my Zyprexa to be put up to 20mg, but it's not helping with these intrusive thoughts or the lack of sleep I'm experiencing again. I think it's only the fact that I'm feeling so shut down by the Depakote (which has been reduced from 1000mg to 750mg) that I haven't done something about it again. I have a review with my psychiatrist in around 8 weeks. Any ideas on what to do about this?

Go sooner than 8 weeks!! I was feeling like this over the weekend. We adjusted my meds and I'm waiting to see how it works. So far so good. I really hope you work it out!!
