I am overstricken with guilt and paranoia from the past as well as the present. It is driving me insane in the membrane.
How do I : 1) Eliminate it 2) Forget it 3) Embed it 4) Cope with it It's freakin me out. At what point can it become unsafe and/or dangerous? |

Guilt = things/life in general
Paranoia = everyone is against me to destroy what's left of me, including my therapist |

My personal two cents would be to tackle the guilt first, search for materials on line that are focused on relieving unhealthy guilt. I think that when people have unhealthy, irrational guilt, it can feed into paranoia because they can think that they deserve to be targeted. So I would advise starting with what the paranoia is likely feeding on, the irrational guilt.
