Hi guys, I was wondering if any of you have depression triggered by a lack of sleep. I know that it's typical that a lack of sleep often triggers mania, but I want to know if anyone has had the opposite experience.

Sleep deprivation makes me more emotionally raw across the board. Rage easier, cry easier. I guess my anxiety starts to go down weirdly. Everything morphs into rage and lunacy eventually, usually a matter of weeks. But if I were depressed and then also sleep deprived, I would probably be much like a toddler who seriously needs a nap.
