I am overstricken with guilt and paranoia from the past as well as the present. It is driving me insane in the membrane.

How do I :
1) Eliminate it
2) Forget it
3) Embed it
4) Cope with it

It's freakin me out. At what point can it become unsafe and/or dangerous?

Are you able to talk about the things that are bothering you?

Guilt = things/life in general

Paranoia = everyone is against me to destroy what's left of me, including my therapist

My personal two cents would be to tackle the guilt first, search for materials on line that are focused on relieving unhealthy guilt. I think that when people have unhealthy, irrational guilt, it can feed into paranoia because they can think that they deserve to be targeted. So I would advise starting with what the paranoia is likely feeding on, the irrational guilt.
