Hello, I am here to ask you guys a few questions etc. Some weird stuff has happened to me recently.

So about a month and a half ago i lost all my energy etc. I slept for 16+ hours a day and when i was awake i just lay in bed. I didn't leave the house once. This all lasted for about a month.

So around a week ago i woke up one morning, Felt different. Got ready and went to the shops. Came back and felt my energy was back. I started re-organizing the cupboards etc.

Since that morning i have needed little sleep. I am awake for around 4-5 days then i will sleep for around 7 hours and just repeat this. When i am awake for the four days i don't feel tired, I may yawn a couple of time's.

A little after that i started hearing/Seeing/Smelling things that weren't there.
I heard a woman laughing. There was nobody in my house nor was anyone outside. I keep hearing my mum shouting on me, When i go and ask her what she want's she tells me she didn't shout on me. Another time i was sitting on the sofa, Looked into the kitchen and i seen kim jong un's decapitated head. When i went in to see i seen that there was nothing but detergent bottles. I keep seeing door's open but when i look there not.

I can't tell if this just happens if i am awake for long but i don't see how it could be considering i'm not tired.

Thanks for reading, Any help is appreciated.

P.S i am not looking for a diagnoses. I am just seeing what you guys think and if it would be a good idea to visit the doctors.
Hugs from:

I would say your issues are definitely related to lack of sleep, but you can't rule out physical/mental problems without seeing a doctor for tests. I started seeing/doing weird things after 2 or 3 days with no sleep but now my meds are sedating enough that I sleep at least 2 hours per day. Four days is way too long to without dreaming, it is a vital process.

Your symptoms can be explained by lack of sleep. Settle into a good routine, you will find improvement.

Are you diagnosed with anything at this point? Are you wondering if you are bipolar or do you already have a dx and are wondering about the hallucinations?

Definitely would be a good idea to see a doctor. There could be a few possible causes to this.
