I'm not looking to poke fun, sorry if you feel that I have when I ask this...

I'm ADD but lately wonder if I could have some bio-polar, if you can boarder line? I mean I do have some issues with spending habits, life just feeling blah and so on, and all these could be seen as normal limits but I can't stop myself. I'm 36 and haven't been able to save more than $300. I have had depression issues but at the the times I had reasons where having a small depression feeling would be seen as normal.

I've not been working for the past years, had a baby. I've been busy with her and school but 100% less stressful than it was when I was working and going to school. My baby isn't the kind that wants to wake everyone up in the middle of the night so I get my nights sleep. Yet, I feel tired alot of the time.

I'm just wondering do you think someone could be just on the boarder of being bio-polar or not?

There is something called cyclothymia which is bipolar but without as extreme shifts. You may want to read about it and see if that maybe fits?

Diagnosis | PsychEducation

This covers both bipolar II and cyclothymia and is by one of my favorite "explainers" on bipolar disorder.

Probably, but it would take a qualified doctor to tell you for sure.

Everyone is different too and not everyone's bipolar is the same. If you are worried about it and if your moods are having a negative impact on your life, I'd go talk to someone.
