I'm going through the loss of both my t and pdoc. They're both leaving next month. I've cried a lot and been dealing with lots if anxiety too. Now I'm having weird nightmares.

I remember two of them.

The first I was in rough patch and t sent me to an out of state treatment facility. Last night I dreamt I was in prison and lots of bad stuff happened.

Is it possible my crap I'm going through is related?

It could be subconsciously, fear of the unkown.

You can google dream meanings, they have almost everything on those sites.

I have nightmares about the hospital. I think it's just my fear of going back. An he emotional trauma it has caused me

Ohh, I'm sorry you're having nightmares. I'm certain that the nightmares are related to what you're going through. Usually I read until I fall asleep at night so any dreams I have are related to the book I read. Sometimes the fears come through anyway.
Good luck to you, hate for anyone to be uncomfortable.

Thanks. Im hoping for No nightmare tonight! Im gonna think about nice things before I go to bed.

I think the 20mg zyprexa was helping me with some anxiety and irritability/depression I had last month while IP. My pdoc decreased it to 10mg because I was a bit sedated. Now im going through a lot of panic and depression as im dealing with pdoc and t leaving clinic I go to.

Im considering call pdoc and leaving message about wanting to go back up.

Hopefully the increase will settle things down for you

I accidentally took my 10mg twice the other night, it knocked me out for 10 hours.

I still have dreams on 10mg....mostly unpleasant ones.

The nightmRes are new and probably related to my stress right now but I'm hoping this might help with the depression etc. Can't hurt to try
