My pdoc was back from vacation today. I left a message for her yesterday that I was having the oral movements and was afraid, that my therapist and mother were describing a flat affect, and that I was afraid of TD or other problems if I did not address this soon.
She called me at 8:45 PM and talked for 15 minutes about what to do to help. Amazingly she isn't making me stop loxapine yet; we're going to slowly lower my Seroquel first and see if we can balance my Seroquel and AD with the loxapine since it does help my mood. She even made sure that the noise she heard was my cat crying and not me. I call again Thursday to see if I'm going down more. I feel so relieved that someone who knows things is in charge and not me guessing anymore.

Glad you are feeling better. I hope the med changes work and you get your problem figured out. Sounds like you have a good pdoc. I am sure you are happy to have her back from vacation. Good luck!
