Hi everyone!

I haven't been on here in quite a while because I've been doing so well...I just haven't needed as much support. I'm on new meds (see below) now and it has been a complete turnaround from before for me. Before I was on lithium and miserable and now I feel...sane. I feel myself minus the extreme agitation, despair and existential upheaval. My relationship is better than ever as well. Things are very stable and I like it. I don't feel numb or dulled at all. The intense life problems I was having have cleared up because I'm just not having those intense feelings anymore. Instead I feel calm, satisfied and happy. Also after receiving SSDI benefits I have been able to really up my self care and I am treating myself well. I am no longer seeing my therapist as she saw little reason to continue seeing as I am stable.

I just want to thank you all for being there for me when I needed it most. I wish you all the best and I hope you're able to find the right med combo as I have. I have heard stories about people's meds no longer working for them and I can only pray that I remain stable.

All is right in the world.
