This buzzfeed link came out today, thought you might enjoy them. Some of the descriptions mention SUI or SH, one picture shows scars, so if that's a trigger for you, stay away.

I like the idea of the white-ink tattoo, actually. I've got a few ideas that I want to do first, though

I got my semicolon almost 2 months ago.. Right before it exploded on Social Media .

I also got " Inhale the future and exhale the past " the same day.

I wanted the semi colon but now it's on Fb literally everyday and really I have other things to do with $60. I draw it on me all the time though.

24 Tattoos inspired by MI

Clockwise from top:

Blue & Black = Loss of Brother Awareness
Teal = Anxiety Awareness
Yellow = Suicide Awareness
Green = Bipolar Awareness

I'm figuratively in the middle as these are what make up my MI. These are the 4 main components, though I know there were other triggers and such as well.

I have a tattoo of a feather that turns into birds at the top, I got it to remind me that I'm not trapped in the darkness, even if it feels that way, and I can be something better than what some tell me I am. It reminds me to believe in myself.

Nice tattoo firekitty!

I have several but only one is kinda mental health related. It's the words "No Day" on my right wrist and "But Today" on my left. No day but today are the lyrics to a song from the movie/musical Rent that I saw while in a psych hospital for a suicide attempt. It means to live each day to the fullest and life is a gift.

Thanks! I really like how it turned out. I like Blue Bird and Bad Wolf's too! They are great reminders to us!

Funny side note: I had blue hair while in my PHP program - and was given the nicknames Blue Bird and Blue J. Hair is now a purpley red, but I am still called Blue Bird.
