What do you do when your doctor won't try anything new? I have anxiety and bipolar and I keep going back to the hospital. But they never change my meds, just dose adjustments, and therapy that doesn't work. Now I'm going out of control yet again and all they suggest is the same ol same ol. I can't even get a second opinion and I'm even considering moving!

Could you ask your pdoc to try something new because you don't feel what you're on is working? He or she may be willing to change them. Good luck!

Can you talk to a therapist as part of your treatment team? Maybe they can advocate for you. xo
