It had been months since I had seen him. I stopped going earlier this year because it felt like we weren't talking about anything anymore, rather I was just talking about my day and what was happening. Nothing worth paying for every other week. Anyhow...I just spilled my guts about everything that has been going on. It was nice to get it all out there and get a different perspective about everything. Turns out it was possibly something else that might have triggered me. I like how he is able to phrase things that makes more sense than I can ever put together.
I think this is the most depressed I've been in years. It's been about two months and I'm still crying every week. But I'm hoping talking to him and keeping in touch with the pdoc if anything major should change will help. I know it will all get better, it's just hard to see sometimes. Just wanted to share after my breakdown yesterday and many of you were so kind with your words of encouragement. ![]() |

It's so great that you have a good T that helps.

A good T is a godsend, glad he was able to help and that you can look on with a little different perspective.
