I would like to announce that Bipolar Support Chat has been moved to Tuesdays at 7:00 PM EST. I will be taking over chat, since MistressStayc is back in school. Hope to see y'all there.
Next week we will be talking about rebuilding our life after a breakdown. Thanks!

My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001. It now runs as an independent self-help support group community for mental health, personality, and psychological issues and is overseen by a group of dedicated, caring volunteers from around the world.
