Greetings. First off, I usually don't have any issues with my mood. Even without conventional medication, I'm usually stable from a strict diet plenty of vitamins, yoga, martial arts, and plenty of time to think and keep myself together in isolation.

However, I was recently triggered into a rage. I've been having issues financially trying to be successful in my online business while trying to afford my diet that I rely on to keep myself stable, trying to survive, and having to pay off a bunch of debt. I've been having to do odd jobs and donate plasma just to get by.

Here's what happened: I go to the plasma center to try to donate plasma for a measly $65 a week. I was sent away 4 times over my pulse being too high and once over my body temp being 0.01 degrees too high. I had enough of my time being wasted by these idiots so I got angry and yelled at the staff and told them that when I get rich one day I will shut them out of business and make my own plasma center that pays double so I can take care of the poor man and shut the rich pricks out of business. I had to be escorted off the premises by the police. This is the second plasma center that I've been deferred from.

If I had a working vehicle and I didn't have to ride the bus there which takes me nearly 5 hours for a round trip for a drive that should take an hour tops for a round trip, I wouldn't have reacted this badly. As it stands though, I have limits to how much BS that I can contend with.

Normally I don't react to rage. I rarely have issues controlling my anger, but I've had so much going on lately that I'm losing control.

Yes. I have been bipolar most of my life but I rarely have anger issues.

I treat my own bipolar. I've had to contend with enough abuse and neglect from the mental health system for 10 lifetimes.
