In light of this being the 14th anniversary of 9/11, I just wanted to wish everyone a peaceful day. I don't know how many of you are deeply affected by this on a personal level. I had relatives that were killed that day, so this day is always a bit sad. I'm still irritable from my mania, of course, but today is typically not a happy one..at all.. for me. I know I'm (not) alone in this, so I just want to give a big ol' ((((((HUG)))))))) to any of you personally affected by this day. Take care of yourself(s) and know we're in this together. Remember to take deep breaths, too....or at least that's what my T always tells me ... and she just called to check in on me. That's one reason I really love her. She cares.
