I was doing well for a bit but when I was driving today I suddenly started feeling depressed and crying. A bunch of thoughts came in regrets, not accomplishing what I wanted to and being lonely. Why can't I just be happy.

This happened to me today as well. I knew depression was on the way, but it hit so hard so fast that I'm having a hard time dealing with it.

I am sorry I have no advice, but I just wanted you to know that you are not alone.

This used to happen to me on the way home from work quite a few times. And I have an hour and half train ride home...on the quiet car. So it was horrible because I want to cry my eyes out, but can't. I would have good days and I feel like I'm getting better, then BAM!!! The depression comes crashing back in. It's frustrating. It takes time, but it does get better. Hugs and good vibes are headed your way!
Thanks for this!

Sorry you're feeling so bad. I can totally relate to the whole anxiety thing. If I can make it through one day without Benzos I'm super proud of myself.
